Cellar philosophy

Sanromà cellar is born after a family of four generations of winemakers and as always grape production has been used for bulk sale.

When the cellar winemaker finishes his studies, the Sanromà Calaf family starts a process of transforming grapes from their own estates with a very clear philosophy:

Bottling a landscape, getting the "terroir" in liquid form.

The wines

The cellar nowadays produces three monovarietal wines, that is to say, of a single variety, to represent the maximum expression of our land in the wines and to make them representative of the territory, betting on autochthonous varieties.

Black : 125 from Sanromà cellar (100% Tempranillo with American and French oak)

White : Rustic from Sanromà cellar (100% Macabeo with aging on seas).

Rosado : Pironia de Sanromà cellar (100% Trepat without parenting).

The wines are clearly young, fresh and with a lot of personality identity.
